Forgiveness. In this message we start with how God revealed His forgiveness in Christ as we work our way through where the prophets pointed to Christ's suffering.

God's wrath and Promise.  We will look at our need for forgiveness and lift high both God's righteousness and justice.

Sin destroys our relationship with God (and it destroys us) but through confession and repentance there is healing and gladness.

5 of 5.  Am I serving Christians God has placed around me? In this passage there is a danger of being short sighted into thinking that it only teaches that any good work we do is done unto Christ.  True but. . . we must not miss Jesus' intimate identity with His followers as well as love for other believers is a mark of being one of God's own.

Am I serving Christ with what He has given me?  Mat 25:14-30 It isn't enough to only endure like some kind of "hanging in there" attitude.  We must see ourselves as disciples that improve upon what we have been entrusted with by Christ until his return.

Am i Trusting Christ, Matt 25:1-13 The question is not about those who have accepted an invitation nor for those who make a confession but rather for those who endure until His coming.

Am I faithfully following Christ?  Matt 24:45-51, The previous message focused on our expectancy, this message directs us towards daily following Jesus in light of His return.

(Am I keeping watch for Christ?) This question develops from the unexpected/at any moment nature of His return.

We are afflicted.  God is sufficient.  Loyal and good.  The struggle is real but resting in the assurance of God is a mighty  weapon that He gives us.
