Character Counts

Philippians 1:27-30

 

 

People won’t buy what we confess in public…

If we are not conducting ourselves with integrity in private!

This is an outright appeal:

“Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner w_________ of the Gospel of Christ!”

Definition:

The word “Conversation” means;

1. To perform their d_______ as a good citizen…
2. Live a “c______________ life” directed by the Spirit of fellowship….not by rules or statutes!

 

Things to ‘put off’:

          - filthy communication out of the mouth

Things to ‘put on’:

Our manner of life either helps or hinders the cause of Christ!

 

“Stand firm in ‘one Spirit’, contending as ‘one man’ for the faith of the Gospel”!
